Returns and Refunds:
Liljellybeans stands behind every piece of clothing and shoes we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will happily grant refunds for any piece of clothing or item that does not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange the items. Our full cash refund policy lasts 30 days from intial purchase. If after 30 days up to 45 days a 50% cash refund or full store credit only will be given. If after 45 days no refund of any kind will be granted. To be issued any refund all Items must be in the same condition you received them in.
How to Make a Return:
1. Please fill out our return form (use control p to print form) and include it with your return. This is to help us process your return quickly.
2. Package the items to be returned in the original packaging.

An item return received notification will be sent via your email on file. If relevant, we will contact you to determine how to proceed: A return per payment used within 7-14 days or store credit within 24-48hrs. Processing Your Return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the approval for full/partial or if we decline your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with Gift Cards have the same returns process as items paid with other forms of payment.
What to do if you think your refund is late?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to some processing time involved. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, contact our Customer Service at 856-516-0551 or via email.
We use Paypal , Square and Credit Cards to process our shopping cart payments. Our website will calculate all charges including shipping and will allow you to use your creditcard, debit card or an electronic check. You would simply choose the payment portal of your choice to process your payment. If you have any questions about PayPal , Square or your credit card account, please contact them directly.
If An Item Should Sell Twice:
Since most of our products are one-of-a-type merchandise, there is a remote chance that an item may be sold twice. This could happen if there is a computer glitch,which causes a time- delay in our inventory system updating. Should this unlikely event occur, the earliest sale according to the date and time stamp on the payment receipt will prevail.The secondorder will receive a full refund, which will be issued as soon as we learn of the sale dup lication. The refund will be issued via the same method the payment was received by us. i.e. PayPal refunds would be immediate unless the purchase was made with a check, in which case PayPal will hold the funds for a few days until the check clears.
